Microsoft chart says its beginning to feel like "fall"...

That is a clear a-b-c count since 2009 (or 1-2-3!).  Either way, the next move has to be down.  And according the model on the 30 minute chart, it could head down from the opening bell on Monday or it could need another 50-70 cents before being done.  But we are talking 1-2 days tops here IMO.  Time will tell but I would not buy this chart!
